2. Services Provided
We offer English as a Second Language (ESL) lessons online to adult and professional learners. Services may include one-on-one or group sessions, customized lessons, progress tracking, and learning materials.
3. Student Responsibilities
Students must ensure a stable internet connection and attend classes on time.
No recording or distribution of class content is allowed without permission.
Respectful behavior is expected during all interactions with teachers and staff.
4. Booking and Cancellations
Classes must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Students may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the scheduled class.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being marked as “used.”
5. Payments
Payment must be made in advance for all lessons.

Prices are listed in USD$ and may change with prior notice.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for unused or missed classes unless due to verified technical issues on our end.
Long-term packages (e.g. monthly plans) are partially refundable only within the first 7 days of purchase, minus any classes already used.

All lesson materials, content, and resources are the intellectual property of SpeakRyt and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written consent.
8. Privacy and Communication
Student information is kept confidential and used solely for learning purposes.
We may communicate via platforms like WeChat for scheduling and support.

9. Technical Issues
If a class is disrupted due to technical issues on the student’s side, it will not be rescheduled. If the problem is on the teacher’s side, the class will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Students will be notified of any changes through email or the website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
