You may reschedule or cancel your lesson up to 24 hours in advance by informing our support team.

However, cancellations made less than 6 hours before the lesson will be charged in full. This is because our teachers set aside that time specifically for you, and short-notice cancellations prevent other students from booking that slot.

Our teachers speak English only, and we encourage full English immersion for faster learning. 

Yes, you need to download the Voov Meeting app, as this is the platform we use for all lessons.
Once installed, you will join the class using your teacher's personal meeting room, which will be shared with you in advance.
Please make sure to open the app and enter the teacher’s meeting room at your scheduled class time.
